Kathleen was a lovely, septuagenarian, Irish woman, out on holiday from the UK, and we had a lovely day together in the cooking studio and at table for lunch. She was a real pleasure to serve.
“I recently celebrated my 60th birthday. My wonderful husband arranged for a chef to come to our home to cook my birthday dinner.
Sudha, the Sacred Chef, sent out suggested menus from ideas about the food we would like on the night. From these we made some changes, all of which Sudha was quite happy to do.
My sister is a vegetarian celiac so Sudha also had to cater a menu for Marie. All of which he did. My sister loved the food he prepared. For the remainder of our guests, Sudha prepared a number of seafood dishes. All of which were beautiful. Can I say the mussel dish was absolutely beautiful? In fact everything was beautiful. There were plenty of accompaniments to go with our beautiful seafood dinner. No one left the table hungry. In fact we shared desserts and had some left over for the next day.
It was a wonderful night shared with family and everyone is still talking about the wonderful meal we all shared.”

Sacred Chef was pleased to rattle the pans at the Maleny Community Centre fundraiser “Bowl Feast & Frolic,” where we served up a three course for dinner for 180 patrons. It was a great night and fun was had by all – Secretary Pam Walker let me know that -

Sacred Chef Catering fed everyone at the inaugural Passion Tasting Festival, held over three days at the Maleny Showgrounds. It was a well organised music and holistic healing festival and my thanks go to organisers Jill and Gavin Shelton and Kate Herrick.

“I utilised Sacred Chef’s services in February this year and the food was exquisite to say the least. The menu Sudha came up with was perfect for the weather and pleased the balance of vegetarian and non vegetarian eaters.
