Savoury Finger Food Omnivorous Menu
$25 per person. (Minimum 10 people)
Fresh rice paper rolls filled with Mooloolaba prawns, cucumber, spring onion, bean shoots, carrot and mint – served with a sweet soy dipping sauce.
Mini samosas filled with lamb, onion, cashews and peas – served warm with a yoghurt and mint raita.
Veal and pork croquettes with a tomato and basil dipping sauce.
Baba ghanoush and tabouli pitta bread mini rolls.
Pesto and goat’s cheese mini pizzettes.
Red capsicum and coriander salsa coulis on sour dough mini toasts.

Andalusian gazpacho soup – a tangy, tomato, lime and mint chilled starter.
Glass noodle salad with crunchy raw vegetables, Thai style, turmeric, chicken mince, and fresh mint.
Spanish omelette with roasted garlic aioli.
Chickpea, lemongrass and sweet potato curry with basmati rice.
Macadamia, banana and honey tart served with a mixed berry coulis.
