Why Choose a Catering Specialist?
As a chef,who has worked in a few restaurants around the traps, I know that most restaurant chefs and cooks do not appreciate having to do outside catering work. In these days of very tight work to staff number ratios in food outlets around Australia, having to put together food for events outside of their restaurants, is seen as a bit of a hassle. Of course professionalism will see most get the job done, but it is generally no labour of love. With many restaurants operating with only one chef or cook and a kitchen hand, during a shift, it is not hard to see their point of view.
As a purely dedicated caterer, the job I do for you is my only job and I put everything into it; heart and soul. I am not spreading myself too thin and juggling a half dozen things at once; my focus is purely on your particular requirements. I like to do one job at a time and do it really well.
